· For the order, we require a vector file format logo.

· The preferred computer file formats are: .edr, ai, eps.

· Both printer and screen font files for all documents must be included.

· A laser print proof of the artwork must be sent with your documents.

· Proofs must be signed and returned before orders are processed.

· If the artwork requires any types of touch-ups or corrections, a supplemental charge will be applied to the work.

· Whenever possible, a color photo or specified by pantone numbers is required. All epoxy filled pieces will be matched as close as possible.

· Final artwork will be kept on file for approximately 12 months, and the rights belong to manufacture. Any repeat orders after that period may require new artwork.
